Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and eager Videography & Video Editing Intern to support our content production team across video shoots, editing, and post-production. You will help bring concepts to life through compelling video storytelling that aligns with brand goals and engages audiences across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to real campaigns — with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position upon successful performance.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Assist in planning video shoots — shot lists, lighting setup, and audio checks
- Help organize equipment, manage gear, and prepare for production
- Participate in creative brainstorming to refine video concepts
Production (On-Shoot Support)
- Support videography during shoots (office or on-location)
- Operate cameras, assist with lighting, and handle basic audio capture
- Capture B-roll and supplementary footage to enhance storytelling
Post-Production
- Assist in editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos
- Add graphics, subtitles, captions, transitions, and music
- Repurpose content into platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube)
- Organize and manage media files, project timelines, and version control
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet project goals and deadline
- Accept and apply feedback to continuously improve quality and style
- Stay updated on trending formats, editing techniques, and visual storytelling best practices
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Working knowledge of After Effects
- Basic understanding of videography — framing, lighting, and audio capture is a plus
- Strong interest in visual storytelling and digital content trends
- Keen eye for detail, pacing, and rhythm in edits
- Ability to follow creative direction and accept feedback constructively
What You’ll Gain
- Real experience creating digital video content across platforms
- Exposure to full video production workflows — from concept to execution
- Mentorship from experienced creatives
- Portfolio-ready projects you can showcase for future roles
- Opportunity for a full-time position based on performance
