Technical Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain tech packs with detailed measurements, trims, and construction notes.
• Review design sketches and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
• Conduct fittings and communicate pattern or construction adjustments.
• Approve samples and fabric quality before mass production.
• Collaborate with design, product development, and production to ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance during production to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Designer.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fit standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM/ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Knowledge of Gerber software is a strong plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
