Job Objective:

To provide technical support to users and ensure the efficient operation of the physical IT infrastructure, including networks, cameras, sockets, and audio systems, while maintaining the highest quality standards and prompt response to issues.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support (Help Desk):

- Receive and efficiently process technical support requests from employees.

- Install, maintain, and update operating systems and software.

- Troubleshoot and repair peripheral hardware (printers, monitors, keyboards, etc.).

- Set up user accounts and permissions on the network.

Physical Network Solutions:

- Install and maintain data sockets.

- Ensure cables (Ethernet, Cat6/Cat7) are connected in an organized and secure manner according to quality standards.

- Track and resolve faults in network points using diagnostic tools (such as Fluke Tester or similar).

Network/IP Cameras:

- Install and configure security cameras (IP Cameras) and connect them to servers or monitoring systems.

- Test and update camera software to ensure image quality and connection stability.

- Support the security team in accessing recordings or live feeds as needed.

Audio Systems:

- Install and connect speakers within the work environment.

- Adjust audio systems as needed (announcements, alerts, etc.).

- Coordinate with safety or security teams to integrate the system with emergency plans.

Other:

- Prepare periodic reports on network status and technical equipment.

- Document completed tasks, recurring issues, and provided solutions.

- Participate in expansion or upgrade projects within the technical infrastructure.

- Adhere to cybersecurity policies and information safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or equivalent.

Experience:

- A minimum of two years of experience in technical support and networking.

Skills:

- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.

- Proficient in dealing with surveillance systems (NVR/DVR).

- Skilled in handling network equipment (Switches, Patch Panels).

- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly.

- Effective communication and high customer service skills.
