What You’ll Do:
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll help create innovative, learner-centered e-learning program tailored for schoolchildren.
Your role will include:
· Designing and refining e-curriculum frameworks for various topics and levels.
· Creating instructional templates to ensure quality and consistency.
· Applying modern instructional design models, learning theories and pedagogies, and e-learning best practices.
· Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to review and improve content based on learning goals.
· Participating in needs analysis sessions and stakeholder meetings to align design with learner needs.
· Developing interactive and engaging digital learning features and assessments.
· Writing, editing, and structuring creative e-learning content that’s clear, inclusive, and pedagogically sound.
What We’re Looking For :
· Bachelor’s degree in Teaching methods, Instructional Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (e.g., Science, Math, Languages).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or curriculum development.
· Solid experience in course design and content creation, preferably in K–12 education.
· Strong grasp of instructional design processes.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
· Skilled in analyzing content, defining learning objectives, and meeting curriculum standards.
· Creative writing and storytelling skills for educational purposes.
· Strong editing and writing ability, especially for diverse student age groups.
· Experience in designing formative and summative assessments.
· Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (a strong plus).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
