Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Development Manager to join a team working for a client in Switzerland. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Job Requirements:

-        Proven experience in managing software development teams

-        Strong technical background, preferably in Java or similar technologies

-        Excellent leadership and people management skills

-        Experience with Agile methodologies and practices

-        Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

-        Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

-        Define and enforce development processes and best practices

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business goals and objectives

-        Ensure the successful delivery of software projects, meeting quality, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
