Security Compliance Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Security Compliance Engineer to join our growing team. We want a team player who is driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.

As a Security Compliance Engineer at ZenHR, will have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security controls, policies, and practices to ensure our clients' compliance with these various regulations and industry standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures, with a deep understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
  Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk assessments independently, ensuring alignment with multiple compliance frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and standards across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others.
• Prepare documentation for audits, certifications, and compliance reporting across different compliance frameworks.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving industry best practices and emerging security threats in the context of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
