Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager with 3 years of experience in media, advertising, or creative agencies. The role involves managing the end-to-end production process of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables (TV, digital, print, social, and events) are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the production process for campaigns including video, digital, print, and social media content.
• Liaise with creative teams, account managers, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create and manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Source, negotiate, and manage third-party suppliers (directors, videographers, editors, studios, printers, etc.).
• Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases for video and photo shoots.
• Ensure all content aligns with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation including contracts, estimates, and production reports.
• Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and cost control.
• Stay up-to-date with media trends, new technologies, and production tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in production management within a media, advertising, or creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of video, digital, and print production workflows.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with production tools/software (Adobe Suite basics, project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
