NextGen Scientists Program - Summer Internship 2025

Join our NextGen Scientist Internship program to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills preparing you for a future in advanced laboratory research.

What you will learn:

• Learn to assist in conducting laboratory experiments in one of the following areas: Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Stability, Methodology, Cosmetics, or Phytochemistry Labs.
• Develop skills in sample preparation, handling, and accurate labeling while adhering to safety protocols.
• Gain hands-on experience operating and maintaining basic lab equipment under supervision.
• Acquire knowledge in collecting, recording, and organizing experimental data in compliance with lab documentation standards.
• Understand and participate in quality control checks to ensure reliability and accuracy of results.
• Practice Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with senior scientists and team members to support ongoing research projects.
• Engage in research discussions and learn to contribute observations for continuous process improvement.
