Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our HR processes and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. This role will be responsible for maintaining our HR systems, managing employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding, and providing day-to-day support to employees. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and passionate about building a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• HRMS Management: Maintain and update employee information in ZenHR (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Employee Data Management: Manage personnel files and HR databases, ensuring compliance and confidentiality of information.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to policies, processes, and documentation.
• HR Data & Analytics: Generate reports and insights from HR data to support decision-making and track HR metrics.
• Letters & Documentation: Prepare HR letters, contracts, and official documentation as required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR systems (experience with ZenHR is a strong advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and data management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
