We are seeking a well-rounded Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Halan!
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify product technical issues provided by the end-user.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the end user.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Respond to technical tickets
- Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and notes.
What we are looking for!
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Fin-tech oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written, with ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience with working with API testing tools, such as Postman.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required.
