The HR Business Partner (Specialist) will act as a trusted advisor to designated business units, supporting leaders and employees on all HR-related matters. The role focuses on executing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws, and driving employee engagement, performance, and talent development.


Key Responsibilities


Business Partnering


  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.
  • Support business leaders in workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs to enhance new hire experience.


Performance & Engagement


  • Assist in implementing performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
  • Support initiatives to drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Work with managers to identify talent gaps and support Individual Development Plans (IDPs).


Compensation & Compliance


  • Provide input on salary reviews and promotions within approved frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ HR generalist or HRBP experience (preferably in a multinational/fast-growth environment).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.
