The candidate will oversee the company’s day-to-day HSSE activities in accordance with the latest local legislation of authorities governing these matters, client requirements, and Group HSSE Guidelines & will provide support in the various human resource functions, which include staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
HSSE Tasks:
· Conduct internal HSSE inspections & audits including Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Kit, Office, Security, and Land Transportation.
· Conduct external HSSE audits on suppliers.
· Monitor the risk assessment for the office and others.
· Report all incidents and near misses on the QHSSE system.
· Conduct Fire Drills and check the timing and that all measures have been implemented properly.
Administrative Tasks:
· Prepare Board Meeting documents and reports.
· Organize the management meetings & appointments and prepare official letters.
· Manage stationary and maintain sufficient stationary inventory.
· Arrange couriers’ bookings of the company.
· Arrange company guests’ reservations & transportation during their stay in Jordan and manage Amman Hotels contracts and bookings.
· Responsible for selecting and ordering company Giveaways.
· Direct the phone calls of the company landline and emails of the generic email to the intended person.
· Maintain a proper filing system of the management and the official records and documents.
HR Tasks:
· Assist in the processes of employee designation & resignation.
· Select the suitable training centers to use and register staff in courses & workshops.
· Obtain employees’ evaluations of the training courses and obtain managers’ evaluations of the employees’ performance after attending the courses.
· Request additions/deletions of the insurances, in addition, to raising and following up on insurance claims.
· Ensure that employees’ vacations and leaves are properly accounted for
· Handling employees’ issues with Zain.
· Prepare reports and/or presentations regarding KPIs and attendance.
Quality Tasks:
· Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys in addition to following up and filling out International Moving and Master surveys.
· Conducting a risk assessment of the suppliers and evaluating their questionnaires on the Supplier Vetting System (SVS).
