Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent across our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while upholding our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple roles and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and manage the interview process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant applicant data and recruitment metrics.
- Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead or participate in campus recruiting, outreach programs, and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
ZenATS Mastery Essential.
Regional Expertise Proven hiring success in Egypt, Jordan, and KSA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions or departments (e.g., technology, sales, operations).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and data-driven recruiting.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
