Job Title: Community Officer / Social Media Activation


Job Objective:

To manage and build an active and vibrant brand community across various social media platforms by directly engaging with the audience and implementing creative activation campaigns that enhance loyalty, participation, and the growth of the digital community, in addition to managing community groups on digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the brand’s social media community by responding to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally.


Manage community groups on various platforms, ensuring positive engagement among members.


Execute activation campaigns and creative initiatives on social media platforms to increase interaction and engagement.


Develop and implement digital activities and competitions that encourage audience participation with the brand.


Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure messaging and activities align with the overall brand strategy.


Prepare regular reports on frequently asked questions and customer requests, and share them with relevant teams to improve the overall experience.


Communicate effectively with different departments to address requests or issues and ensure quick resolution.


Create and manage Stories across different platforms, developing creative ideas and interactive content for them.


Monitor and analyze audience engagement and measure the performance of social campaigns using analytics tools.


Contribute to creating a positive and safe environment within the digital community.


Stay updated on the latest trends in community building and management, and apply best practices.


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in community management, social media activation, or similar roles.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.


Good knowledge of social media platform algorithms.


Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas to increase engagement.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Ability to work under tight deadlines.
