Software Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Leader to join a team working for a client in Switzerland. As an SQA Leader, you will oversee the software testing efforts, guide and mentor QA engineers, and drive the improvement of our QA processes.

Job Requirements:

-        Proven experience in leading and managing software quality assurance teams

-        Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, practices, and tools

-        Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases

-        Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

-        Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

-        Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support

-        Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure adequate test coverage

-        Analyze test results, identify areas of improvement, and provide feedback to the development teams

-        Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement of QA processes
