Job Description :The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. This role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR operations to ensure a positive, productive, and aligned workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Support internal communication to foster a positive work culture
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve satisfaction
- Organize events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Assist in performance management cycles (KPIs, appraisals, feedback)
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
3. Culture & Organizational Development
- Promote company values and ensure alignment across teams
- Support change management initiatives
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand
- Help develop policies that support a healthy work environment
4. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
