Job Description :The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. This role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR operations to ensure a positive, productive, and aligned workplace.


Key Responsibilities


1. Employee Experience & Engagement


  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Support internal communication to foster a positive work culture
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve satisfaction
  • Organize events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Assist in performance management cycles (KPIs, appraisals, feedback)
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs


3. Culture & Organizational Development


  • Promote company values and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand
  • Help develop policies that support a healthy work environment


4. HR Operations


  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance when needed


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
