Production Management Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Production to lead our production operations. In this role, you will oversee all dimensions of our production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring schedules are met and resources are optimized.
• Implement Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.
• Track production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role, with at least 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems for production planning and scheduling.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CFM) are a plus.
