What You Will do for us : 

 • Act as a trusted advisor to SME clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.

 • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

 • Quickly and efficiently handle client inquiries and resolve issues.

 • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to convert leads.

 • Ensure a smooth sales process while providing outstanding customer service.

 • Support client retention efforts, including managing renewals and ongoing engagement.

 • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep our services competitive and relevant.

 

Qualification & Requirements

 • From 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.

 • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 • Confident negotiator with excellent relationship management capabilities.
