We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Erbil city.

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term

Working Days/Hours: 09:00AM - 06:00PM, five days a week


Job Summary:


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for  identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with various teams to meet and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Research potential merchants across various verticals who may be a good fit for Lezzoo.
  • Engage in door-to-door prospecting by driving or walking to find new potential merchants to acquire.
  • Review scrapping lists provided by the Tech team for potential merchants that could be added to Lezzoo.
  • Filter prospects and internally assign them to team members based on fit and priority.
  • Reach out to potential merchants to schedule a call or visit them in person to deliver your sales pitch.
  • Document all interactions in your Sales CRM, including reasons for rejection, and pass unsuccessful leads to another team member for follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve our sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales roles, especially as a Sales Executive.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, English language proficiency is a plus.
