Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses/stores
• Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counts & full stock takes)
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movements (inbound/outbound/returns)
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
• Track slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures
• Optimize storage and stock handling processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory/stock control
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Oddo is preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
