About the Role:


We are currently seeking to hire E- Commerce to join the Commercial Unit . This role reports to CCO and works closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the delivery of impactful educational solutions.


The E-Commerce Manager will lead and manage the

company’s online sales channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys for

students, parents, schools, and corporate partners. This role will oversee the

full e-commerce operation—ranging from website and app sales funnels, subscription

models, digital product offerings, and online payment systems—to drive revenue

growth and maximize customer experience. The E-Commerce Manager will

collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and operations teams to ensure

a data-driven, scalable, and user-friendly e-commerce ecosystem that supports

Jo Academy’s EdTech growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities :



•   Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, conversion, and customer

retention goals.


•   Manage online store platforms (website, app, and third-party marketplaces if any) including product

listings, bundles, and promotions.


•   Optimize the online purchasing journey—awareness, selection, checkout, and after-sales support.


•   Partner with marketing to launch e-commerce campaigns aligned with student enrollment cycles (e.g.,

Tawjihi, university prep, skill development courses).


•   Drive upselling/cross-selling initiatives (subscriptions, bundled courses, add-ons).


·   Plan and monitor promotional activities, seasonal offers, and referral programs.


·   Ensure frictionless checkout, secure online payments, and efficient refund/return policies.


·    Analyze customer behavior to improve UX and reduce drop-offs in the purchase funnel.


·    Work with Customer Support to improve e-commerce service levels and NPS scores.


·    Monitor and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, CLV, AOV, etc.).


·    Conduct competitor and market benchmarking within the EdTech/e-learning sector.


·   Use analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimize ROI.


·    Work closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure smooth integration of payment gateways, CRM, and

learning platforms.


· Collaborate with Academic, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling product/course

descriptions. Align with Finance and HR on pricing strategy, commissions, and e-commerce staffing needs



Qualification


·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (MBA is a plus).

·  5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in EdTech,
