Chief Accountant

We are seeking an outstanding Chief Accountant to join Halan Consumer Finance!

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and providing regular reports to senior management
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls
• Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to the junior Accounting staff
