Classera is scaling fast across the Middle East and North Africa, partnering with Ministries of Education, school networks, and universities to modernise learning. We need a technically sharp, education-minded Pre-Sales Engineer who can show customers, in their own language, exactly how our platform tackles their toughest teaching and administration pain points.

What You’ll Do
Craft the Solution & Demos
- Work side-by-side with sales to unpack each prospect’s goals, then build live, story-driven demonstrations that make those goals feel achievable.
- Configure Classera for K-12 roll-outs, university deployments, and national programmes, highlighting integrations, analytics, and accessibility features that matter to that customer.
Act as Technical Authority
- Answer deep-dive questions on APIs, SSO, data migration, hosting models, and custom extensions.
- Produce scope docs, architecture diagrams, and winning responses to RFPs/RFIs/tenders.
- Channel on-the-ground feedback to product management so our roadmap stays relevant to MENA needs.
Win Stakeholder Trust
- Engage ministers, vice-chancellors, principals, and CIOs with equal ease, mapping platform capabilities to policy frameworks and institutional KPIs.
- Build long-term credibility by speaking their language—whether that’s pedagogy, infrastructure, or finance.
Bridge Functions
- Set implementation and support teams up for success with clear hand-offs and realistic assumptions.
- Deliver enablement workshops that turn account executives and partners into confident storytellers of Classera’s value.
Represent Classera on the Road
- Travel throughout the region for pitch meetings, conferences, demo days, and launch events.
- Spotlight our innovations on panels and in workshops, positioning Classera as a thought leader in EdTech.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, EdTech, or similar.
- 3–5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting—preferably for SaaS or education platforms.
- Proven track record selling to or supporting Ministries of Education, school groups, or universities.
- Fluent Arabic and English (French is a plus for North Africa).
- Solid grasp of LMS/SIS concepts, data analytics, and integration standards (APIs, SSO, OAuth, etc.).
- Outstanding presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven by the belief that technology can transform learning in emerging markets.
