We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Lead to oversee and drive our digital presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision. The Digital Lead will be responsible for managing digital channels, implementing online marketing strategies, leading digital transformation initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize customer engagement and ROI. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute the organization’s digital strategy across web, social, mobile, and other platforms.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media, content marketing).

• Lead the digital transformation agenda, introducing innovative technologies and tools.

• Oversee website management, UX/UI enhancements, and performance optimization.

• Analyze and report on digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, ROI), providing insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, IT, sales) and external agencies to deliver digital projects.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.

• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

• Manage and mentor a digital team, ensuring growth and alignment with company goals.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proven experience (5–8+ years) in digital marketing or digital strategy, with leadership responsibilities.

• Applicant should have experience in media planning, media buying, digital products and performance.

• Applicant should have an agency background experience.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM systems, analytics, and content strategy.

• Experience with digital tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

• Excellent analytical and project management skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of innovation.
