Head of Product Design

Classera is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Head of Product Design to lead the design direction across our digital products and brand experiences.

This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for a design leader who can set the strategy, mentor the team, and remain actively involved in designing, reviewing, and improving user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design across Classera’s web and mobile products.
• Remain hands-on with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own and evolve the company’s Design System and UX/UI standards.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align Product Design and Brand Design.
• Lead design critiques, mentor designers, and maintain high design-quality standards.
• Use customer insights and user research to guide product decisions.
• Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Design.
• 3+ years leading design teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on Product Design work.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, EdTech, or complex digital platforms.
• Advanced Figma and Design Systems experience.
• Strong understanding of UX, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Brand Design or Creative Direction experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic understanding is preferred but not mandatory.
