Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication for technical and operational projects. This role requires someone who can manage cross-functional teams, handle dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate daily with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and external stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, escalate issues, and maintain high delivery quality.
• Conduct project status meetings and prepare actionable reports.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
• Manage documentation (requirements, scope, change requests, user stories).
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and task assignments (Agile/Scrum).
• Ensure smooth collaboration across teams and handle conflict or blockers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients/internal teams on timelines and expectations.
• Monitor budget, timelines, and project financials where applicable.
• Ensure post-launch stability and coordinate handover to support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience managing software/technical projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects in SaaS, software, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience creating project plans (Gantt charts, dependency maps, RACI).
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Solid knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross-border teams.
• Familiarity with basic DevOps concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
