Technical Support Manager

Responsible for Maintains all IT infrastructure related by identifying and solving infrastructure requirements and responsible for the development and management of computing infrastructure, including local servers, storage, network, workstations as well as all installed software, and all cloud computing components.

Key Duties

• Manage IT infrastructure Environment
• Implements Production environment
• Implements Security Controls
• Maintain Network
• Asset Management

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer engineering or another related field

• Minimum of five years’ experience in information Technology

• CCNA, Network Engineering skills

• Windows 365 knowledge

• Excellent communication and training skills
