POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows that automate core business processes across marketing, recruiting, operations, and client experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who can code in Python, build integrations using n8n or Azure Logic Apps, and leverage Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio to create smart, scalable solutions. You’ll work directly with U.S. leadership and technical teams to bring real automation and AI applications to life. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and deploy AI automation workflows using Azure OpenAI, n8n, or LangChain. 
• Integrate systems (e.g., GoHighLevel/GHL, Encompass, Microsoft 365/Teams/Outlook, Power BI, CRMs) via REST APIs and webhooks. 
• Build automation toolkits for data processing, task completion, and document recognition (OCR/QR). 
• Monitor performance, log activity, implement alerts, and ensure reliability (uptime ≥ 98%). 
• Collaborate with the Data Scientist to embed predictive models into workflows. 
• Document architectures, prompts, API connections, and logic maps in Notion or Trainual. 
• Research, test, and recommend new AI/automation tools to continuously improve efficiency. 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 

• 2+ years as an Automation Engineer, AI Engineer, or Python Developer. 
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and RESTful API integration; strong JSON schema handling. 
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Functions or Logic Apps. 
• Hands-on with n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow tools. 
• Knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with Power BI datasets. 
• Familiarity with CRM/LOS systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Encompass) preferred. 
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; fluent English. 
• Available to work U.S. business hours (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM Amman Time). 

PERFORMANCE METRICS (FIRST 90 DAYS) 

1. Build & deploy 2 automation workflows (Recruiting + Marketing) → Within 60 days 
2. Maintain workflow uptime → ≥ 98% 
3. Connect automation logs to Power BI → Within 75 days 
4. Complete documentation for all processes → By day 90
