Management Intelligence Senior Manager

Overview:

MS Pharma’s Management Intelligence Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in owning and housing critical data to drive data-informed decision-making across the entire organization. He/she leads the development, maintenance and management of business intelligence systems, reporting frameworks driving strategic insights. This role combines technical data and digital expertise in data modeling and visualization with strong business acumen, ideally in the Pharmaceutical Industry space with a solid background in Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Management & Integration

• Develop and maintain dataflows using M language (Power Query) to ensure seamless, accurate, and efficient data integration across sources.

• Ensure the consistency and reliability of data used for business reporting and strategic planning.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and DAX to support executive decision-making.

• Lead the creation of Financial reports covering a broad scope including but not limited to:

• Sales & Flash Sales
• Inventory and Launch Management
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Stock-in-Trade/In-Market Sales
• OPEX by function and IQVIA analytics
• Human Resources (HR) and HSE Reporting
• IMS & Stock in Trade Analysis.
• Other

Financial Insight & Budget Leadership

• Support the annual Corporate Budget process as well as the monthly Business Review process from initiation to finalization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Utilize strong financial expertise to provide insights and recommendations that enhance performance and efficiency.

• Support Senior Management on ad hoc and recuring reporting requirements to Management and Board of Directors.

Advanced Excel & Semantic Modeling

• Employ advanced Excel capabilities to generate Analytical Information Environments (AIEs) from semantic data models for enhanced business understanding and operational transparency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong Financial modeling skillset.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, M Language (Power Query), and Excel

• Solid understanding of FP&A processes and financial metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale reporting processes and cross-functional collaboration.

• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to leadership.

• Leadership skills and ability to structure workload and lead a Team.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or B.Sc. degree in Business, Finance, Data and Analytics, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in industry experience ideally in progressive roles.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
