We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong Odoo expertise to join our team. This role focuses on validating support cases, performing technical diagnostics, and collaborating with engineering to ensure efficient issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and review incoming support tickets for completeness and reproducibility
  • Analyze logs and perform SQL queries to identify root causes
  • Troubleshoot and prioritize issues before escalation
  • Coordinate with engineering and track issue progress
  • Test and verify fixes before closing cases
  • Maintain documentation and improve support processes


Requirements:

  • Experience with Odoo (functional or technical)
  • Strong skills in log analysis, troubleshooting, and SQL
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to validate cases and execute test scenarios
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset


Preferred:

  • Background in accounting or experience with accounting on Odoo
