Job Scope:

Handle functional support, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure ERP processes are efficient, compliant, properly documented, and aligned with business needs.


Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to):

• Work on Business Process Re-Engineering by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, configuration workshops, and business process review sessions with key stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into clear system design, configuration, and practical ERP solutions by working closely with business users, IT teams, consultants, and external suppliers.

• Conduct internal workshops and training sessions to support users in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations effectively.

• Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including requirements documents, Fit-Gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, user manuals, and support documentation.

• Manage the relationship between business users and external ERP suppliers/consultants to ensure proper communication, follow-up, and delivery of required solutions.

• Participate in any future Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP rollout for the MS Pharma business units.

• Provide ERP support including issue analysis, troubleshooting, release update coordination, change request management, and follow-up on bug fixes with technical teams or external suppliers.

• Support ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics AX 2009, and Dynamics AX 2012, while training employees and helping them resolve system-related issues.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.

• 5-8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain ERP (aka Microsoft Dynamics AX) and other business applications: Functionality, Concepts, and Techniques.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
