Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer works closely with the creative team to create engaging visual materials for various projects, focusing mainly on information design in addition to other disciplines including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, and media. They are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, executing visual solutions that meet project objectives, client requirements and perform quality assurance check.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to create enticing designs for a wide range of global brands.
  
• Be part of dedicated account (client) teams, be responsible for owning creative outputs, and work towards successfully growing and developing our clients.
  
• Ability to quickly learn processes and implement them in detail.
  
• Work on projects; executing with overview, showing attention to detail, and managing time constraints.
  
• Create strategic designs across a wide range of projects, including presentation design, books, and reports design, illustrations, storyboards, product and packaging, logo and brand identity (re)design, and more.
  
• Collaborate with designers, directors, and operations and projects team.
  
• Help our clients achieve their visual goals, grow, and realize business value through our design deliverables.
  
• Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others.
  
• Knowledge in presentation and graphic design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or a related field.
  
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative ability.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  
• Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experienced in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
  
• Experienced in Data Visualization
