We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience managing complex bid submissions within consultancy or design environments, with solid knowledge of Saudi regulatory processes and
multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, low voltage, grounding, and protection systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, specifications, and BOQs.
- Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with multidiscipline teams including architectural, structural, mechanical, and ICT/specialist systems.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, compliance, and adherence to approved designs.
- Respond to RFIs, clarify design issues, and support contractors with engineering solutions.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with national codes (SBC/SASO), international standards (NFPA, IEC, NEC), and project requirements.
- Participate in design review workshops, value engineering studies, and project coordination meetings.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
- Prepare engineering reports, status updates, and technical correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in electrical design or construction supervision (consultancy preferred).
- knowledge in LV systems, lighting layouts, panel schedules, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with low-current systems (fire alarm, data, CCTV, access control) is an advantage.
- P AutoCAD, Revit or BIM tools, and electrical calculation software (Dialux/ETAP preferred).
- Understanding of Saudi regulations, SEC requirements, and governmental authority approvals.
- Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skill
