About the Role


We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Telesales Manager to lead and grow our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, setting targets, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring excellent customer experience across inbound and outbound channels.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily performance, conversion rates, and call quality.
  • Develop sales scripts, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Implement telesales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and 1:1 coaching for team members.
  • Manage team schedules, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to optimize lead flow.
  • Generate periodic sales reports and insights for leadership.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Minimum 6+ years of telesales experience; at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Experience in EdTech or service-based industries is an advantage.


  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call management tools.
