Junior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and agile Project Manager with strong technical and delivery capabilities to lead complex initiatives within our PMO. This role requires someone who can independently manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large technology and fintech projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocations, timelines, and scope.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Maintain project governance frameworks, including risk management, issue resolution, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct regular performance updates.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges, provide clear action plans, and drive resolutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of solid project management experience in technology or fintech environments.
• Technical background is required (Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
• Fintech experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional projects independently.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, agile delivery, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• PMP or similar certifications are preferred.
