Role Overview
The Senior B2B Sales Associate will play a mission-critical role in accelerating Silkhaus’ portfolio growth by acquiring high-value property owners, developers, asset managers, and corporate housing clients. This is a high-visibility commercial position that blends consultative selling, relationship management, and strategic market development. You will champion Silkhaus’ value proposition, build meaningful partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles targeting institutional landlords, family offices, developers, and corporate accommodation partners.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across key markets and nurture long-cycle, high-value accounts.
- Develop data-backed proposals highlighting Silkhaus yield performance, occupancy intelligence, and operational strengths.
Strategic Market Engagement
- Lead outreach efforts across networking events, forums, and industry partnerships.
- Track market trends, customer expectations, and competitive activity to shape commercial strategy.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen campaigns, sales collateral, and overall market presence.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless onboarding for newly acquired accounts.
- Maintain high-quality communication with clients to drive trust, retention, and long-term relationships.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key B2B partners.
Sales Performance & Governance
- Own revenue targets and track performance consistently using Silkhaus’ CRM and reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing frameworks, and contractual processes.
Who You Are
- 4 - 6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, prop-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced commercial environments.
- Proven track record in closing enterprise or high-ticket deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Data-driven, resilient, and comfortable in high-growth environments.
- Collaborative, humble, and eager to drive meaningful impact.
