Senior Project Manager

Position Summary: Provides high-level operational leadership and acts as the Project Director’s deputy, specifically tasked with managing complex operational fronts, including potentially the high-volume CENTRAL region.

Reporting To: Project Director.

Key Qualifications and Requirements (Mandatory):

• Educational Foundation: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of overall professional experience, or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
• Mandatory Certification: Possession of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is non-negotiable, ensuring a structured approach to program delivery and management.
• Specialized Project Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar projects, with a critical requirement for expertise encompassing both Local & International water project supervision and project management.
• Regional Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale KSA infrastructure projects and navigating local regulatory landscapes, ensuring high-fidelity execution across significant resource deployment centers.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execution Leadership: Manage and resolve major site planning and technical coordination issues between various subcontractors and project staff.
• Program Control: Oversee project progress tracking and reporting against the approved master program, ensuring adherence to the PMP framework.
• Contractual Support: Assist the Project Director in tender assessment and contractual negotiation, providing input based on extensive local and international project experience.
