Terre des hommes Lausanne is seeking a qualified Daily Worker - Data Entry and Reporting Support in Emergency Response - Short Term Contract based in Zahle for its Emergency Projects in Bekaa.

The employee will be on a Daily contract and will work for 5 days a week, 5 hours per day.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into Tdh's data management system.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency by conducting initial checks before submission.
  • Support the team with data cleaning and verification processes.
  • Organize and manage electronic records related to emergency activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant staff to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry in humanitarian emergency context, protection sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data entry tools (e.g. KOBO/ODK).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure, depending on workload needs.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of data entry in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and adapting data collection tools and forms, if required.
  • Ability to support the team in visualizing data results, including creating basic charts, graphs, and dashboards for reporting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team working in diverse localities.
