We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Content to lead our content strategy and drive the creation of compelling, engaging, and impactful content across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech industry trends, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Halan’s brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.
- Lead a team of content creators, editors, and strategists to produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, product launches, and campaign objectives.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives by identifying industry trends, conducting market research, and producing insightful and engaging thought leadership content.
- Oversee the editorial calendar, content production pipeline, and distribution channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and improve results.
- Stay informed about emerging content formats, platforms, and best practices in content marketing and fintech industry trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into content strategy.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 8-10 in content marketing, editorial management, or a similar role in the fintech industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing content teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of content excellence.
