Job Purpose: To ensure full compliance with
Egyptian tax laws and export regulations by accurately managing all tax
obligations and efficiently handling the preparation, submission, and follow-up
of export subsidy files. The accountant is responsible for safeguarding the
company’s financial interests through diligent documentation, effective
stakeholder communication, and strong government relations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit all required export subsidy documentation to the Export
Development Fund and relevant governmental authorities. Track, follow up, and report on the status of subsidy claims, reimbursements, and incentive programs. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all export-related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, export operations) to collect
required data and documents. Maintain organized records and supporting documents for all subsidy files.
Monitor updates and changes in export subsidy regulations and guidelines. Act as the main point of contact with governmental entities related to export subsidies and incentives.
Key Requirements:
Education:
o bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
o 0 – 1 years of experience in finance.
o Previous experience with export documentation and subsidies files is highly preferred.
