Team Lead - Golang

We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean code, modern architecture, and delivering features that truly make an impact. You'll work across the entire stack—backend, frontend, and everything in between—collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and user-facing features using modern technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code across the full stack.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, frontend, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and help drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest relevant improvements or technologies.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong experience with PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with Golang for building performant backend services or microservices.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.
• Solid understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration.
• Comfortable working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with GraphQL or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or high-scale platforms.
• Understanding of distributed systems and caching strategies.
