The job purpose of a compliance manager is to ensure that an organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies, reducing risk and ensuring ethical conduct. They develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, train employees, and monitor regulatory changes to keep the organization in line with industry regulations. Ultimately, they safeguard the organization's reputation and integrity while promoting a culture of compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in economics, finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible roles
- Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position
- Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English
- CCO, CCM or CAMS Certificates
- CGSS, CFCS Certifications is plus
