We are currently looking to hire Senior BackEnd Developer

to join our Software Engineer Team to carry the following responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1-.Develop and implement complex back-end features based on business requirements and product designs.

2. Maintain and enhance existing codebase to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.

3. Review assigned tickets and provided estimates, clarifications, and progress updates.

4. Collaborate with peers working on the same project or feature to ensure alignment and coordination.

5. Develop features, fix issues and build new backend features and resolve critical bugs to ensure stable and reliable

application performance.

6. Deployment support and contribute to deployment processes by managing service dependencies and preparing

Docker configurations.

7. Provide technical support and assistance to other teams to resolve issues or implement cross-functional features.

8. Guide and support associate and mid-level developers in resolving technical challenges and developing new

functionalities.

9. Participate in validating and verifying product requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and company

direction.

10. Collaborate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to define and estimate tasks, ensuring timely delivery and

optimized team productivity.

11. Contribute to designing secure, scalable, and maintainable backend architectures and services.

12. Review code to uphold code quality, ensure best practices, and promote clean, well-structured code.

13. Provide regular updates on task progress, blockers, and risks during daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status

meetings.

14. Report on the status of assigned tickets and tasks in daily standups or sprint planning meetings.

15. Log and document production incidents, root causes, resolution steps, and communicate findings to leadership.

16. Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 4-8 years of experience in a related field.
