Role Summary
In this position, the Senior Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient coordination of departmental operations by organizing processes, managing documentation, and supporting daily business activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
1.Operational Coordination & ProcessOversight
- Coordinate and organize daily operational processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on task implementation and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and structure.
2.Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Draft official correspondence and internal communications.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.
3.Records & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and databases.
- Organize documentation related to ongoing and new projects.
- Ensure proper archiving and secure handling of sensitive information.
4.Travel Coordination
- The responsibility of handling travel arrangements, including ticket booking and coordination of all travel-related requirements.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are organized efficiently.
- Maintain records of travel bookings and related documentation.
Key Requirements:
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in administration.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
Language: Perfect command of both spoken & written in English and Arabic.
