Job Overview
As a People Experience Specialist at Inovola, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and supportive work environment. This is an entry-level HR role designed for people who are passionate about people, culture, and employee well-being. You’ll support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, engagement, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, ensuring that every team member has a smooth, professional, and human experience throughout their journey at Inovola.
Key Responsibilities
👋 Onboarding & Offboarding
- Organize and facilitate welcoming and structured onboarding processes for new hires.
- Handle exit formalities to ensure a smooth and respectful offboarding process.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and other relevant documents.
💬 Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning engagement activities, internal surveys, and team-building initiatives.
- Support recognition programs, internal communication, and the celebration of key milestones.
- Collect and share feedback from employees to help improve workplace satisfaction.
📝 HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee databases, attendance records, and leave tracking systems.
- Prepare HR letters, probation follow-ups, and policy documents.
- Provide first-line HR support for day-to-day employee queries.
💳 Payroll & Benefits Support
- Collect and prepare payroll inputs (e.g., attendance, time off, salary updates) for the Finance team.
- Follow up on payroll accuracy, payslip distribution, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- Assist in the enrollment and tracking of medical insurance plans for employees.
- Handle social insurance registration, updates, and documentation in coordination with the Finance and Legal teams.
📊 Performance & Culture Support
- Track probation period evaluations and send timely reminders to managers.
- Assist in documenting and following up on performance reviews and check-ins.
- Support the development of a positive workplace culture aligned with Inovola’s values.
🤝 Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with recruitment, operations, and leadership teams.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a cohesive and human-centered employee experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal people processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Empathy & Professionalism: Friendly, approachable, and sensitive to people’s needs and confidentiality.
- HR Foundations: Basic understanding of onboarding, contracts, benefits, and employee lifecycle.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to manage documentation, processes, and data accurately.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and HR systems.
- Team Collaboration: Enjoys working in a team environment and supporting others.
- Eagerness to Learn: Open to feedback and motivated to grow a career in HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with payroll basics, medical, and social insurance processes is a plus.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in a tech or service-oriented company is a bonus.
