Currently, Premier Lending is seeking a Corporate Administrator.


Job Summary:

The Corporate Administrator is responsible for the deployment, administration, and maintenance of company IT systems. This role works closely with management and HR on employee onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, and IT support. The Corporate Administrator ensures seamless user access, IT security, and equipment management across U.S. and Jordan operations.


Top Responsibilities:

• Set-up users within 72 hours and working closely with HR to ensure smooth transition

• Assist in troubleshooting issues with various vendors/investors within 24 hours

• Manage and maintain US and Jordan equipment

• Remove users from Premier’s systems upon termination.

• Setting up workstations with computers and devices for Amman Team.


Key Responsibilities:


1.IT System Administration & User Management


• Manage Office 365 administration, including user accounts, licenses, security settings, and email configurations.

• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies

• Assist employees with account setups, password resets, troubleshooting login issues, and access control.

• Implement and maintain security policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.

• Deploy, manage, and secure Windows devices in a corporate environment.

• Manage app deployment, configuration, and updates for corporate devices.

• Enforce security policies for devices, including encryption, antivirus, VPN, and remote wipe capabilities.


2.Vendor & Software Management


• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• On/off-boarding vendors, Maintain and update the vendor list and inform relevant departments of any changes.

• Track software licenses, subscriptions, and user assignments to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

• Manage contracts, renewals, and vendor service agreements.


3.Branch & Equipment Management


• Handle onboarding and offboarding of branches, including internet setup, shredding services, and utilities.

• Maintain an inventory of corporate IT equipment, including laptops, equipment, and accessories.

• Ensure all active corporate equipment is properly assigned, tracked, and updated in the asset management system.

• Create and manage shipping labels for equipment distribution and returns.

• Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI) for branches, ensuring timely renewals.


4.General IT Support & Process Improvement


• Assist employees with technical issues related to Office 365, email, VPN, and corporate systems/accounts.

• Document IT processes, policies, and user guides to improve efficiency and support.

• Continuously evaluate IT operations and recommend improvements or automation to enhance workflow.

• Monitor and maintain security protocols across IT systems to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

• Manage patch deployment process and track all software activities

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

• Experience in IT administration, system administration, or corporate IT support is a plus

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration is a plus

• Experience in Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting is a plus

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Proactive, cooperative and dependable worker.
