Investing Product Team Leader.


  • Act as the main contact for investment clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and ongoing business growth.
  • Participating in events and networking to strengthen client relationships and attract new.

Sales

  • Achieve sales targets (acquisition, revenue, and product usage).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Portfolio Growth

  • Increase business with existing clients through cross-selling.
  • Promote Company Investment Products 
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Business Development

  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor client activity and manage risks.
  • Keep client records updated.

Reporting

  • Track sales performance and report progress.
  • Share updates on client activity and market trends.

Policies & Procedures

  • Follow and suggest improvements to policies and processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of Business Banking products.
