Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through offline & online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions through hiring and delivering orientation for new hires.
- Conduct interviews using structured assessments and competency-based interview (CBI) techniques.
- Files and maintains employment records for all new hires.
- Participate in developing the ATS to be more efficient.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications :
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Previous experience in using ERP system is a plus (preferably Odoo)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
