Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Source potential candidates through offline & online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions through hiring and delivering orientation for new hires.
  • Conduct interviews using structured assessments and competency-based interview (CBI) techniques.
  • Files and maintains employment records for all new hires.
  • Participate in developing the ATS to be more efficient.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.


Qualifications :


  • Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Previous experience in using ERP system is a plus (preferably Odoo)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
