About the job:
You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our HR analytics capabilities, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all people-related matters. The specialist will also oversee the effective use of our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting tools such as Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- ERP System Management: Work extensively with SAP or Oracle ERP systems to ensure accurate HR data management and process optimization.
- Power BI Reporting: Build and maintain interactive reports and visualizations to support HR leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with HR
- policies and regulation
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align analytics with organizational goals and improve HRIS processes.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems, reporting capabilities, and analytics frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong ERP background, preferably with SAP or Oracle HR modules.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail and process improvement.
