We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team at A2Z Media. As a Senior Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, implementing effective strategies, and providing expert guidance to achieve their digital marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and measurable business results.
• Act as the main strategic point of contact to clients, offering expert recommendations that align with their digital marketing goals.
• Develop and drive advanced client strategies, including performance improvement plans, optimization roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs by coordinating with cross-functional teams (paid media, content, performance, creative, etc.).
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance campaign performance, client experience, and agency processes.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for each client to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Mentor and support junior team members by reviewing deliverables and guiding them on best practices.
• Identify potential challenges or risks and proactively resolve them to maintain healthy client relationships and retention.
Job Qualifications :
• 3-4 + years of agency experience, with a strong track record in Client Servicing or Customer Success.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts, with strong analytical and performance-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client negotiation skills.
• Previous experience with the GCC market is a strong advantage.
